Down below is all the information you will need, along with terms and conditions, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before making your booking.
We are based in East London
PRIVACY:
I would like for us to respect eachothers privacy. Personal information is shared when booking; the information you have provided allows me to communicate with you only in regards to your appointment I kindly ask that my personal details such as my mobile number and place of work is not shared with anyone else.
CONTACT:
All enquiries are responded to via email only. I will respond to you as soon as I can but please allow up to 3-5 working days. I do not respond through Snapchat, Instagram, texts or phone calls.

APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments will be released on the 15th of every month at 8pm for the following month. Please keep a look out on my Instagram for updates.
If you require any extra service such as curling or blunt cut, please ensure you select this as an add-on when you are booking your appointment. For a Wig WITHOUT INSTALLATION, Frontal/ Closure plucking or bleaching or to buy a Melt Band service, please email me for a slot.
Please do not book appointment that are within the next 3 days as it is not enough time for you to receive your final confirmation and you hair to be prepared. That appointment will be cancelled.
DEPOSITS:
A £30 deposit is required to secure all bookings, these are absolutely non-refundable. This also applies to any cancellations; Covid-19, not turning up to your appointment or poor quality closures/frontals (hair rejected).
If the service you require is less than £30, you need to pay in full to secure your appointment.
Your final confirmation email will be sent within 5 working days once you have paid your deposit.
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your appointment via bank transfer or cash.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel within 48 hours of you appointment or do not attend to your appointment you will be automatically charged your remaining balance with your card on file. Your deposit is now invalid and you will need to make a new booking.
RESCHEDULING:
Please note that rescheduling more than once will result to an extra charge of £30. It is important that you are sure of the date and time you would like to book. Rescheduling can cause others to miss out on an opportunity to book and it also makes my slot go to waste.
Appointments come and go really quickly, so you must keep a look out for a new slot to book via the website. Please understand that the system will automatically prompt you to pay another deposit when rescheduling however that will be deducted from your remaining balance.
PREMIUM SLOTS:
All appointments before and at 11:30 and at 6pm and after are premium slots and will be an extra £15.
COLLABORATIONS:
I am open to collaborations that relate to my type of work, there are terms and conditions on this so please email me to discuss further.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS:
I do take bridal bookings. Please email me for further information on this type of booking. I would I advise that you enquire within 3 months before the event date.
1:1 CLASS
I am also available for 1:1 classes. Please email me for more information on this.
SENDING/DROPPING HAIR:
For when sending or dropping your hair please add:
- your full name
- date/ time of appointment
- your head measurements (see example below)
- skin tone
Please ensure measurements are added, failure to do so could result in your appointment being cancelled.
Also please ensure that your hair is not wet, if so, your hair will be given back to you and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Please also specify if your hair has been dyed from black or blonde
Example of how to measure your head:
Please order your hair on time so that you can bring it to me on time to avoid charges. All hairs must be given to me the Tuesday a week before your appointment, updates on a time frame will be via Instagram. You can email me the night before to confirm the time that you will be coming to drop your hair, if not the updates on the time frame will be via Instagram.
Also when posting hair, you must text me the tracking number, so that we are both able to track the hair, and for it to be delivered safely. Even when you post your hair, please make sure it comes for that particular Tuesday, if it comes a days after you will be charged the late drop off fee of £15.
For example, if your appointment is on the 23/9/22, please bring your hair on the 13/9/22, not on the 20/9/22. Any later than this will result to a £15 charge.
HAIR & CLOSURE/ FRONTALS:
Please invest in your hair, to get the best results. I only take pre plucked closures and frontals.
You can email me a photo/video of what you have if you're unsure, this will avoid you losing your deposit. If you have booked your appointment and the hair is not up to my standard your appointment will be cancelled.

LATENESS:
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged £10. If you are up to 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to reschedule, as well as paying another deposit.
So to avoid any disappointment, please be on time.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
You will receive 2 confirmation emails in total.
The first one you will receive when you make a booking, this informs you that your appointment is secured.
The second email is the "final confirmation", you will receive once the deposit has been made. This has all the information needed for your appointment. Please expect this email within 5 working days once you have paid your deposit. If there are delays with your second email, just be assured it will be sent out in time for your drop off date.
Please remember, THE THINNER THE LACE THE BETTER THE MELT. Also, the lace of your frontal should be close to your skin tone. For lighter people it is very important to get a transparent lace as it works with lighter skin tones. Whereas for darker skin tones I would avoid transparent. Tinting lace only makes the lace darker not lighter so please ensure you do your research before buying.
